How do I get the accessories I buy online?

There are three ways to get your accessory order as part of the purchase process:

Have It Shipped
Certain accessories can be shipped directly to your home address. You'll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Pick It Up
Instead of having your accessory order shipped to you, you can opt to have it delivered to your dealership. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Have Dealer Install
Any accessory that requires dealer installation for warranty purposes will be shipped to the dealership. Once your order arrives, you will receive an email to set up an installation appointment. Note that if any accessory in your order requires installation, the entire order will be shipped to the dealership.

What shipping options are available to me?

Accessory orders through this website that are eligible for shipping will be handled by FedEx. Your preferred dealership will ship your order directly to you from stock or as soon as your order arrives at the dealership.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

Mercury Custom Accessories is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality in every product we make and sell. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you experience any other issues with your order, such as an incorrect item received, a significant delay or a billing discrepancy, you should contact your selling dealer.

Genuine Mercury Accessories will be warranted for whichever provides you the greatest benefit: 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first) or the remainder of your Bumper-to-Bumper 3-year/36,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Contact your local Ford, Lincoln or Mercury dealer for details and a copy of the limited warranty.

Mercury Licensed Accessories are warranted by the accessories manufacturer's warranty. Contact your Ford, Lincoln or Mercury Dealer for details regarding the manufacturer's limited warranty and/or a copy of the Mercury Licensed Accessories product limited warranty offered by the accessory manufacturer. Mercury Licensed Accessories products are fully designed and developed by the accessory manufacturer and have not been designed or tested to Ford Motor Company engineering requirements.
